Beautiful hand-made pillow covers begin with a fabulous designer fabric! Our pillow covers are made to order in our workshop, except those in our ready-to-ship category (more info about these bargains to follow).

Standard sized pillow covers are cut using an acrylic template. Once the pillow cover fronts and backs are cut, the bottom edges are serged and an invisible/concealed zipper is sewn in for easy insert placement. The bottom edges are tacked down, from the zipper ends to the edges of the fabric. The outer seams are sewn with a 1/2” seam allowance and the inner edges are finished with a serger for a durable lasting finish. Inner corners are trimmed to create a more pointed corner to the pillows. 

Our shipping process involves a detailed QC process with three sets of eyeballs and six hands to check-out every aspect of the pillow cover construction. As a last step, the zippers are tested for smoothness and zipped close for shipping. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  

The pillow covers in our discounted ready-to-ship section are also hand-made, from the end of fabric runs. Due to how they are made, sizes and quantities are limited.
